What EventForge is

EventForge lets organizations plan and run events: event pages, registration and tickets, invitations and announcements, an attendee app, door check-in, and an assistant that can set up an event from a conversation.

Many organizations use the same platform. Each organization's events and data are kept apart from every other organization's.

Your account

Give accurate details when you sign up and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

The owner of an organization decides who is on its team and what each person may do.

Your content and your attendees

Organizers keep the rights to the event content they add and to the attendee lists they bring or collect. You let us host, store, show and process that content only to run EventForge for you.

You confirm that you have the right to upload what you add and to contact the people you invite. For attendee information, the organizer decides why it is collected and how it is used; we handle it on the organizer's behalf. Our privacy policy explains this in more detail.

The assistant and connected AI apps

The EventForge assistant runs on AI models from Anthropic. When you ask, it can change how an event is set up. Sending to attendees, payments, publishing and removals wait for a person on the team to approve them. Every action the assistant takes is logged with the request that caused it.

AI can make mistakes. Check what the assistant drafts before you publish or send it.

If you connect your own AI app to EventForge, what you share with that app is handled by its provider under that provider's terms.

Payments

Ticket payments are processed by Stripe. When an organizer connects their own Stripe account, ticket payments go to that account. Stripe's terms apply to those payments. EventForge does not store card numbers.

Any amount you pay us for using EventForge, and the terms that come with it, are shown to you before you pay.

Acceptable use

You agree to follow our acceptable use policy. We may hide or remove an event, pause sending, or suspend an account that breaks it.

Availability and changes

We work to keep EventForge running well, but we do not promise that it will always be available or work without errors. We may add, change or remove features.

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page.

Ending your use

You may stop using EventForge at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the acceptable use policy.
